Here's How:

1. Fill out the form on the next page.  Be sure to fill in ALL provided fields.
2. You will be directed to an area to upload a digital image of your home.
   Acceptable formats are JPEG and GIF. If you do not have an image you
   will be able to skip this step.
3. You will then be directed to our SECURE payment area.
   There is a ONE TIME FEE of $100.00.
4. Assuming all information was accurately provided your home will be added
   within 1-2 business days. We will contact you via email if there are any
   problems.
